Who Is Mediation For?

If you think,  then meditation is for you :)

 There are different types of meditation from breath awareness, object awareness (thought), sensory awareness (See smell touch hear and feel)

Finally space awareness is connection to the vertical dimension of no thought or connectedness to the inner light of the universe.


Some people say they have to be ready to meditate when in reality they are ready by letting go, resisting nothing...

Allowing accepting and surrender  to the now and the moment of what is, is the gateway to space consciousness.


Becoming aware of self identification and being able to remove the burden of labelling oneself is a key to a more joyful way of living.

Practicing meditation can give you the freedom and reset which you need to escape from the egoic self.

The picture below shows a traditional meditation sitting pose. You do not need to sit like this. You can choose to sit whatever way which makes you feels comfortable. With inner body awareness you can take notice to different parts of your body and feel the energy of it's essence. It's truly about allowing accepting and surrendering yourself to the present moment.
