Practice in meditation will help you build more self awareness and provide you the tools or pointers to achieve more presence in your everyday life.

Self awareness brings to surface the triggers and narratives within us which cause suffering. By suffering I refer to those thoughts and actions which create disharmony and discomfort in our lives.


As human beings we are mostly in the state of "Doing" whether it's work, family, activities, thinking, thinking, planning and acting reactively to situations or "Problems"


Practicing stillness within will place us in a state of "Being" as opposed to "Doing"....the being is just as important as doing...for most of humanity the being part of living is in deficiency.

What's more important than the words we listen to in a guided meditation? It's the space between those words. Words are simply pointers or sign posts to get us to the place of inner stillness where we connect with our inner light which is the same light as the universe around us.

The picture below shows a traditional meditation sitting pose. You do not need to sit like this. You can choose to sit whatever way which makes you feels comfortable. With inner body awareness you can take notice to different parts of your body and feel the energy of it's essence. It's truly about allowing accepting and surrendering yourself to the present moment.
